Hilton Vancouver Downtown, BC, Canada

The room that we stayed in was in the 30th floor and had a balcony. Room was large and had a bedroom and separate living room. Nicely, outfitted through out the room and the rain shower and bathroom amenities were a nice touch! Also have to mention that the hotel is centralized to good food and restaurants near by as well. We will be back…. Our breakfast server for the past 2 days were amazing ladies. They were very friendly and helpful. Also on another positive encounter was when I initially checked in with your valet staff. They were very helpful and friendly. There is a couple of gentleman I didn’t get there names but one helped me on Friday afternoon older Asian gentleman he had helped me map out my adventures for the day. So definitely will recommend this Hilton property to my friends and family.

The location is convenient—it's within walking distance to either the Waterfront to the north or Yaletown to the south, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, and you'll even receive thoughtful notes from the housekeeping staff.

Spacious and comfortable rooms , located in the center of the city near restaurants and all shops one could possibly need

It was a very short stopover, but it's location in downtown was great and it was easy to get everywhere. We didn't have a car so we walked and caught public transport around the city. The staff at the reception desk were so helpful for tourists with things to do and where to go. The porters were also so friendly and really made an effort to greet all the guests as we were coming and going. The pool and spa were fantastic and heated it was so nice to sit in a warm spa at night when there was light snowfall, this was a first for me.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, Our room was only cleaned partially. They made the beds and changed the towels but I used the tea and cups and they were not replenished or used cups replaced. That area was overlooked.
